- What areas do you serve?
- We serve Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Nampa, Kuna, Star and Garden City. If you are just outside one of those cities, call 208-555-0142 and we will tell you straight away whether we can reach you.
- How much does a typical job cost?
- Drain cleaning runs $149 to $389 per job. Leak detection is $225 to $495 per visit. Sewer camera inspections are $175 to $350. Water heater replacement is $1,450 to $3,200 and a whole-home repipe is $4,800 to $14,500. We give a written price before any work starts.
- Do you offer free estimates?
- Yes. Estimates on replacements, repipes and installations are free. Diagnostic work that requires equipment, such as leak detection or a camera inspection, carries its own listed fee and that fee is credited toward the repair if you go ahead with it.
- Are you licensed and insured?
- Yes. We hold Idaho Plumbing Contractor License PLC-0000-SAMPLE, carry $2M in general liability insurance, and are bonded for $25,000. Copies are available on request.
- How soon can you come out? Do you offer same-day or emergency service?
- Most non-emergency calls are scheduled within one business day and we keep same-day slots open each morning. The emergency line at 208-555-0142 is answered 24 hours a day for burst pipes, sewage backups and no-water situations.
- What are your hours?
- Monday to Friday 7:00am to 6:00pm, Saturday 8:00am to 2:00pm, closed Sunday. The emergency line runs 24/7 including holidays.
- Do you guarantee your work?
- Our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months. If a repair we made fails in that window we come back and fix it at no charge for labor. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment pass through to you.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, ACH bank transfer, check and cash. Payment is due when the work is completed.
- What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
- Cancel or reschedule at no charge up to 4 hours before your appointment window. Cancellations inside 4 hours are charged a $75 trip fee.
